Ultrasonic Testing

Ultrasonic Testing uses high-frequency sound waves to detect internal flaws in materials. A transducer sends ultrasonic waves into the material, and the reflected waves are analyzed to identify any discontinuities. This method is highly effective for detecting internal defects such as voids, inclusions, and cracks.

Applications

  • Weld inspection

  • Thickness measurement

  • Composite material inspection
